Participate in the first edition of Teen Mental Health Day!

Don’t miss the very first edition of Teen Mental Health Day with your students! A thematic day for all high schools of Quebec to educate young people on how to take care of their mental health. 

Because school is a place of learning in all spheres of a teenager’s life, you can play a big role in the development of their mental health. 

A day not to be missed with your students!

Several free turnkey activities will be offered as part of this day to help your students regain their balance in difficult times.
