Self-care

To maintain good mental health, it is important to teach young people to take care of themselves every day. Following healthy habits, managing their relationship with drugs, resisting the pressure to perform, learning to deal with emotions and stress and developing kind self-talk are all ways for teens to maintain good mental health.
At home or at school, you will find simple, concrete tools that you can use with your students to help them take care of themselves every day. To better guide you, all our content is organized by level: the higher the level, the more it represents an advanced level of practice.
