Mindfulness
When thoughts are swirling in your head, mindfulness helps you take a break from everyday life and reconnect with the present moment. By helping your young people connect with what’s going on both inside and outside of themselves, you will help them better manage their anxiety and stress and develop resilience.
On this page, you will find information to help you learn about this practice, raise awareness among your students, and lead meditations in the classroom. To better guide you, all our content is organized by level: the higher the level, the more it represents an advanced level of practice.
