Our spokesperson and ambassadors
To raise awareness among young people about how they feel and how to take care of themselves, the Youth in Mind Foundation has teamed up with personalities who have agreed to talk about their realities without taboos and to share their experiences related to themes that influence psychological well-being. You will discover their worlds and their tips for keeping your balance.
Our spokesperson
MAUDE LANDRY
Talking about her mental health problems in a humorous and straightforward way, Maude Landry has made it her signature in her first one-woman show: L’involution. Her humour is as brilliant as it is silly. Maude quickly made a name for herself by participating in the most renowned comedy festivals here and abroad. Whether it’s in movies, on TV or on the radio, her presence is always noticed!
She chose to become a spokesperson for the Foundation because she is fascinated by what goes on in other people’s heads, especially teenagers. Humor allows her to manage her anxiety and the days when depression takes over. Over time, she has developed tricks for living with her disorders. It is with enthusiasm that she wants to share them and talk about mental health without taboos and with hope!
