$650,000 raised for youth mental health
We were more than delighted and touched by your solidarity during the 11th Mayor’s Ball of the Fondation Jeunes en Tête, which took place at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. A magical evening that was illuminated by the co-chairmanship of two women of heart, Ms. Nancy Avoine, Managing Partner – Quebec City office, EY, and Ms. Geneviève Fortier, Chief Executive Officer, Promutuel Insurance, as well as by the presence of our honorary sponsor Mr. Bruno Marchand, Mayor of Quebec City.
A majestic charity event that brought together nearly 600 guests for a single cause. Thanks to your presence and mobilization, a net record amount of $650,000 was raised, making this 11th edition a breathtaking success that marks the history of the Fondation Jeunes en Tête’s Mayor’s Ball! The funds raised will also be used to promote the Foundation’s mission through its “Partners for Life” and “Mental Health Basics” workshops, which are offered free of charge in Capitale-Nationale high schools, and to develop online kits to help parents, teachers and our youth.

CONTRIBUTE TO THE CAUSE
This has been a particularly difficult time for the mental health and daily lives of our teenagers who have been shaken and challenged.
But the Foundation has risen to the challenge and been innovative in adapting to the situation, thanks in part to our generous donors and the key players in this event.
We are proud and more than grateful to be able to count on their invaluable generosity to help our young people in this special year!
